Q. WHAT’S THE BEST CHOICE? REPAIRING OR REPLACING A BROKEN APPLIANCE?

A. If there is a broken appliance in your house there are two options. One option is to schedule an appliance repair service and attempt to save money. If that works, you can continue using your stove, dishwasher, refrigerator or washing machine and dryer. The other option is to buy a new model.

Your appliances come with an average lifetime. If it is a broken appliance in the beginning or middle part of that lifetime, we would suggest calling our appliance repair company. In the event the home appliance is somewhere around the end of its average lifetime, we recommend replacing the appliance with a new unit when your budget allows.

These are the estimated lifetimes of all models of appliances:

Dryer: 14 years

A. It’s always our goal to perform the repair on the first appointment. Over the years, we estimate our repairmen are successful in fixing appliances with just one visit close to 90% of the time. We stock most of the standard replacement appliance parts in our vans in addition to all of the tools to complete the job. If we need to return to finish the repair, there will be no return service charge.

Q. IS THERE A TIMEFRAME FOR A SERVICE CALL?

A. When it comes time to schedule a visit from one of our technicians, we offer a two to three hour window for our arrival at your home. And, our technicians will give you a call 10 to 15 minutes ahead of their arrival. We know just how important our clients’ time is. So, we try our best to arrive on time. Because some services require more time than estimated, we give our repairmen some breathing space to finish up one job and still not be late for the next job.
